Terms and Conditions for Wholesale and Custom Orders at DMG Studios (DadModeGamingStudios)

1. General:These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale and custom sticker orders placed with DMG Studios (DadModeGamingStudios). By submitting an order form, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.

2. Wholesale Orders:Minimum Order: A minimum quantity of 500 will be required for wholesale orders. Details on bulk pricing will be provided upon inquiry.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, prices at the time of order confirmation will be honored.
Payment: Payment must be made according to the invoice. A deposit may be required for large orders.

3. Custom Orders: Design Approval: Customers must approve all custom designs before production begins. DMG Studios is not responsible for errors after the design has been approved.Turnaround Time: Production times may vary and will be communicated at the time of the order.Intellectual Property: Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights to any designs or trademarks submitted for custom stickers.

4. Shipping and Handling: DMG Studios will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping companies or any circumstances beyond our control.Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping and handling charges, which will be outlined in the invoice.

5. Cancellations and Returns: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. Returns of wholesale orders are accepted only for defective items and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

6. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the invoice and may vary depending on the order size and customer history.Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Liability: DMG Studios shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on these stickers or the performance of the products, even if DMG Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions and any separate agreements whereby DMG Studios provides the customer services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DMG Studios is located.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: DMG Studios reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our protocol. It is the customer's responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
